I used to think things like this were bullshit, and hated the people that told me it would help to change my inner dialogues. It pissed me off. I felt like it couldn’t help someone with depression and anxiety, and that it really wasn’t possible to just be more positive.
But now that I’ve gotten older and watched myself and so many other people destroy themselves and their relationships, and benefited from this, I realize just how important it is.
Positivity breeds more positivity. Your whole life can change when you work to shift your own paradigms. You will laugh at the trivial things you used to worry endlessly and pointlessly about. You will find yourself connecting with people, because they will trust you, and they will want to drink from your abundance. It really is amazing.
If you have some serious mental factors like myself, you may need some help with this, or it may take some time, but it is possible and very worth it. You don’t have to just start thinking this way, you can’t just change your habits, but if you work on it every day, it can do wonders.
